My great-grandfather was Shawnee, my great-grandmother English, what does that make my maternal grandmother or me for that matter? My maternal grandfather was Irish. My paternal grandfather came from Germany. It isn’t that simple.
In my opinion under your narrow view then everyone without native american heritage should leave immediately since this country was built on stolen land.

You realize this: if you feel you are not entitled to U.S. citizenship, and you obtain a passport from the U.S. to return to your “origin country,” you are obtaining a passport under false pretense. Only U.S. citizens and nationals are eligible to receive U.S. passports. My understanding is that such an act is a serious crime–falsification of an identity document with intent to deceive both the U.S. and foreign governments.
I would say anyone doing this needs to be immediately arrested, whether in the U.S. or abroad, and tried for their crime. Whether they would still be welcome in either the U.S. or their “country of origin” after they serve a mandatory prison sentence under some piece of “anti-terrorist” legislation would be questionable.
After this, they can be held indefinitely behind razor wire in a third-world displaced-persons camp.
Better apply for a passport from the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Shame, their embassy is rather hard to locate…maybe this is not such a practical idea after all, when the purported country of origin either no longer exists, or doesn’t recognize an individual as a citizen under its own laws.
I hope this is a joke. I wonder if “Americans” applied for citizenship with the Native Americans. No, they just sailed over, took over, and settled. Wow, that sounds a lot like an illegal immigrant. Thank the good Lord I dont have to live in that country.
